I have created a week long worth of recipes.
In this cook book, you will be finding healthy recipes which can be modified to your food preference. It will include some time consuming recipes and some quick and simple ones. Some will include dietary friendly options for those who may be vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, dairy or gluten free.
I have made these recipes to create some healthy meal options for those who may be busy, new to healthy eating and cooking. The meals you can create are endless and as many recipes as there are out there, I would like to share some of the ones I have created.
